Returns & Exchanges
Returns for Physical Items?
I only accept returns or exchanges on physical items for the following reasons:
- Item itself was damaged in the shipping process. You MUST provide a photo of the damaged item in it's original packaging.
- Wrong item was delivered. You MUST provide a photo of the item received including the order number.
All refund requests MUST be made within 7 days of delivery.
If you believe either if these reasons apply to you, please contact us at nestofshadows@yahoo.com with photos required and your order number.
Returns for Digital Items?
Returns of digital files are not possible and we will not accept returns on any digital file purchase for any reason. All sales of digital products are final.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently only ship within the United States. We hope to expand further in the future.
When will my item be shipped?
Physical items ship within 1-4 business days of purchase.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us as soon as you realize the mistake!
If we are able to update the address before shipment, we will verify with you before it is sent out.
Unfortunately, if the order has already shipped, there is no way for us to change the address on the order. If the order is sent back to us, we will reach out to you to discuss next steps.
I think my order is delayed...
Does your order show it was delivered? If so:
- Double check the shipping address to ensure it was correct
- Check with your neighbors to see if any of them might have received it
- If you still do not have your package, please reach out to your local post office and ask for the gps coordinates of the delivery to ensure it was delivered to the correct address. If it was delivered to the correct address, unfortunately there’s not much we can do.
- If it was delivered to the incorrect address, please reach out to us so we can file an insurance claim through the shipping company.
If the package is still moving, there’s not much we can do. Sometimes there are delays or it may take a little detour before getting to you!
